VOLUNTARY FUND COMMITTEE OF MISSOURI ASSOCIATION OF PROBATE AND ASSOCIATE CIRCUIT JUDGES AND COMMISSIONERS.

The Missouri Association of Probate and Associate Circuit Judges and Commissioners was formed in 1915 with two purposes: to provide continuing education opportunities to Missouri Judges and to monitor the legislative process in Missouri and offer comments and observations on matters affecting the Courts and Judicial Officers in this State. For more than 100 years members and non-members of the Association have voluntarily contributed to a fund to pay the expenses incurred by the Legislative Committee.

Members of the Legislation Committee actively monitor legislation throughout the year. The last couple of years have been particularly busy for the committee. The Associate Judges and Commissioners Voluntary Fund makes it possible for us to retain the services of Madsen and Wright, Inc., whose lobbying experience in Jefferson City has been invaluable to the efforts of the Legislative Committee. Although we have some common interests with our colleagues on the other Missouri Courts, contributions to the Voluntary Fund are used exclusively for the concerns and interests of all Associate Circuit Judges and Commissioners.

Your contribution to the Voluntary Fund is essential to the continuation of our legislative efforts. We are asking that you consider contributing $150 to the Fund on an annual basis. Contributions are accepted through PayPal and by check or credit card at the Annual Conference.
